At Kinugawa Turbo Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
